Non-Personalized Items:
Non-personalized products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing & Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. The Laser Belle reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that do not comply with our policies or guidelines.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We strive for timely delivery. However, The Laser Belle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Personalized Products: Please allow additional processing time for the creation of your custom items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.
